Gregory A. Balcom
Firm founder and shareholder Gregory A. Balcom practices in the areas of mortgage foreclosure, real estate, bankruptcy, and business litigation. He holds a law degree from the University of Houston Law Center, where he was Associate Editor of the Houston Journal of International Law, and his bachelor's degree cum laude from the University of Massachusetts. Mr. Balcom is very experienced with both complex commercial foreclosures as well as residential foreclosures as he has specialized in this area for more than 20 years. Mr. Balcom was a founding partner and Managing Partner of Polk, Scheer, Prober, Balcom & Holliday, L.L.P. and a founding partner and President of Balcom, Mann & Stevens, P.C. Mr. Balcom is licensed to practice before all Texas state and federal district courts.
